  • Due to the nature of live plants, appearance may vary slightly from product photos.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required at the time of order.

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be refunded.

5. No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including live plants, accessories, or supplies.

  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect items upon arrival.

6. Live Plant Guarantee

  • We guarantee your plant will arrive alive and in good condition.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos of the plant in its original packaging.

  • Resolutions are offered at our discretion and may include a replacement or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, images, logos) is the property of Bayside Botanical and may not be used without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that results from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Live plants may be toxic to pets or humans — customers are responsible for researching and handling plants safely.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
