Processing Time

  • Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend delays.

  • Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Carriers

  • Our default service is UPS 2-Day Air.

  • Alternate carriers or faster services may be available upon request; please contact us before checkout if you need an exception.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on buyer's location.

  • Heat packs and insulation are available as optional add-ons during colder months.

Packaging

  • Every plant is carefully wrapped with materials such as poly-fil, insulation, and secure coverings to ensure it arrives safely.

  • Plants are shipped bare root or semi-bare root unless otherwise noted.

Weather Considerations

  • Please check your local weather conditions before ordering live plants.

  • Bayside Botanical is not responsible for damage caused by extreme heat, cold, or delays due to weather once a package is in transit.

Delivery Issues

  • Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays, lost/stolen packages, or carrier issues.

  • An unboxing video recorded within 1 hour of delivery is required for any claims of damage or missing items.
