Bayside Botanical Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including live plants, pots, accessories, or supplies.
Due to the perishable and unique nature of live plants, we cannot guarantee their condition beyond delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with:
